This is a really unusual vintage piece made from translucent red resin. And it plays as good as it looks.

It has deeply scooped sidewalls and it produces a sound that is just as magical as it looks. It’s warm, dark but not dull, full-bodied in sound and spot-on intonation as well. It came to me unfinished and needed a facing put on it.

It’s signed Sopranoplanet because of that but its origins are unknown.
